Goods sold are not refundable, exchangeable only for defective/expired goods within 7 days after delivery. For defective/expired goods, we will exchange and deliver to your door steps at no charge.
Delivery will be arrange within 3 days upon confirmation, maybe earlier subject to volume that we are experiencing. Please leave your contacts (i.e. Address & phone number) checkout upon checkout. We will contact you to confirm the delivery.
Delivery service is only available for valid residential and office addresses within Singapore mainland. We do not deliver to restricted areas such as Jurong Island, Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Port of Singapore Terminals, offshore islands (including Sentosa) and Singapore Armed Forces Camp sites. We reserve the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted access or are inaccessible.
Goods in provision shop yield low margin, hence, we charged a flat rate of S$6 for orders below S$70. For orders above S$70, there is no delivery charge.
